Ayurveda, Seasonal Yoga, and Nature-based rewilding to support balance, resilience, and real-life wellbeing.
I created Reasons for Seasons after discovering that real wellbeing doesn’t come from pushing harder it comes from living in harmony with our natural rhythms.
As a single mother, practitioner, and nature-lover, I understand how difficult it can be to care for yourself in the middle of a full life.
My work blends Ayurveda, Seasonal Yoga inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, and nature-based rewilding to offer gentle, realistic support for body, mind, and nervous system without perfection or pressure.
Reasons for Seasons is rooted in the belief that wellbeing is not something to achieve once and maintain forever, it is something we tend to, like a garden, through changing seasons.
By blending ancient wisdom traditions with practical modern tools, this work supports sustainable health for people with full, complex lives.
Whether you are exhausted, overwhelmed, curious, or simply seeking deeper connection, you are welcome here.

From seasonal yoga and Ayurveda to nature-based rewilding, these offerings are designed to support sustainable wellbeing throughout the year.

Seasonal yoga is a practice that evolves with the rhythms of nature, supporting your body, mind and emotions through each season.
The practice evolves with the rhythms of nature, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Each season is linked to specific organs, meridian channels and emotions, guiding how we move, release and restore balance.
It invites you to move, rest and realign in a way that feels natural, balanced and sustainable.

Workshops and events are a space to explore seasonal living through yoga, rewilding and nature-led practice.

Each session offers time to slow down, reconnect and deepen your understanding of how the seasons influence your energy, movement and wellbeing.
A supportive space to explore, experience and return to what feels natural and balanced.

Ayurveda offers a timeless approach to understanding your body, mind, and energy.
Rather than following rigid routines, it encourages you to notice your own patterns — how you feel, how you respond to the seasons, and what supports you personally.
This guidance and workbook are designed to help you build that awareness in a simple, realistic way.
Through reflection and practical tools, you’ll begin to understand what balance looks like for you — something that shifts and evolves, rather than something to get right.

Rewilding is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
It is a gentle process of unlearning the beliefs that keep us disconnected, from our bodies, our rhythms, and the natural world, and returning to a way of being that feels more honest, more spacious, and more whole.
Through nature-based practices, we begin to realign with the rhythms of the seasons and the intelligence of the nervous system. We soften out of survival mode, reconnect with our senses, and remember that we are not separate from nature — we are part of it.
This work invites you to slow down, to listen, and to come back into relationship with yourself and the land. Not through force or fixing, but through awareness, presence, and a gradual return to what has always been there.
